We are a collective of three independent psychotherapists, all of whom have experience in both the NHS and in private work, and whose practice is rooted in psychoanalytic and psychodynamic approaches.

We share a commitment to offering thoughtful and containing therapies that are consistent and boundaried; providing a safe space for creativity and self-exploration where people can reclaim their stories, restore agency, and rediscover meaning. Our practice has been shaped by the realities of NHS work—resilience, collaboration, and a dedication to accessible, inclusive and compassionate psychotherapy.

We all work relationally, meaning that central to our practice is the belief that the therapeutic relationship plays a key role in any therapeutical change. We aim to provide a space where people can explore their thoughts, emotions and experiences in a non-directive, non-judgemental way, and at their own pace.

We work in a trauma-informed way and are committed to inclusivity, being ready to explore people’s experiences of their ethnicity, gender identity, religion, race, or sexuality. We approach issues of equality and diversity with openness and sensitivity, and have an awareness of how power imbalances and experiences of discrimination impact people’s internal worlds and relationships, including the therapeutic relationship.

As well as each having some particular areas of specialism, which you can find on our individual pages, we all work with the full range of mental health difficulties including:

  • Abuse (emotional, physical, sexual)
  • Anxiety, including anxiety disorders
  • Attachment and relational difficulties
  • Compulsion
  • Depression
  • Eating disorders
  • Loss/bereavement
  • Low self-esteem
  • Personality disorders
  • Trauma, including complex trauma and C-PTSD

We are all members of one or more of the PSA accredited registers for psychotherapists such as the BPC, BAAT, BACP, UKCP, and HCPC.
